  • To see to it that PLE Machine (TCBP & STAP) of his assignment is properly check for condition and all problems encountered during the previous run are properly addressed.
  • To ensure all data are properly inputted to the working system (PFDMS, SAP, SAM) as per activity requirement.
  • To facilitate maintenance and cleaning of all Packing related equipments.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Performs preparation of his assigned PLE Line prior to production utilization.
  2. Ensure cleanliness of his assigned PLE Line.
  3. Check/ensure all required parameters are properly set
  4. Input necessary data on the working system (PFDMS, SAP & SAM) Facilitate product (package) Straw Application & Carton Packing operation.
  5. Facilitate carton / straw preparation and withdrawal.
  6. Assist palletizer in line sampling for incubation and facilitate proper waste disposal.
  7. Conduct Weekly and Daily Care Maintenance after every production cycle.
  8. Assist UHT technician on the machines scheduled TPMS of his machine assignment.
  9. Ensure compliance with the Factory Safety Rules and Regulations
  10. Actively participate in NSMS/NEMS activities (e.g. Conduct of BBS, participate in safety meetings, conduct safety inspections, JHA, WHA and take part in SHE suggestion system via MDWT).
  11. Take active participation in MDWT activities (JDI, CDM, KAIZEN, 5S) and other quality and productivity related programs of the company.
  12. Comply with Hygiene and Sanitation, NGMP and other environmental cleaning and improvement related activities.
  13. Performs other jobs that may be assigned to him from time to time by his superior.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a College Graduate of any course
  • Must be 18 years old and above
  • Willing and flexible to undergo additional training and new assignments aside from his original functions.
