Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support farm operations by ensuring all electrical, mechanical, and ventilation systems are functioning efficiently. This role is critical in maintaining the reliability and safety of equipment to ensure uninterrupted farm processes.


Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Industrial Technology or any related course
  • With experience in electrical systems, mechanical maintenance, or ventilation system servicing
  • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to Apply
  • Physically fit and willing to stay on-site in Bukidnon

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inspect and ensure all electrical components are functional, free of overheating, corrosion, or loose terminals
  2. Maintain ventilation systems by performing adjustments and replacing fan belts as needed
  3. Ensure the feeding and watering systems are clean, fully operational, and in continuous working condition
  4. Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdown
  5. Support farm operations through timely repair and servicing of critical systems
