Design Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Technician to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create accurate mechanical designs based on engineering specifications, sketches, and models.
  • Develop detailed 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks.
  • Prepare project drawings for fabrication, ensuring they align with company procedures and drafting standards.
  • Maintain and organize design files and project documentation for future reference.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure designs meet project goals.
  • Ensure all mechanical designs comply with relevant industry standards and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in mechanical or structural design, preferably with SolidWorks.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and processes.
