About the Role

The Scheduler will be responsible for managing the pipeline of inspection projects and scheduling across multiple sites. This role coordinates and optimizes project timelines to ensure timely execution and efficiency in operations.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Manage the project pipeline for site inspections, ensuring timelines align with project requirements and client expectations.
  • Produce summaries of sites, assignments and deadlines.
  • Assist with maintaining upcoming scan lists.
  • Compile missing data requirements for upcoming scans.
  • Maintain time estimates and other relevant information for upcoming tasks.
  • Distribute tasks among teams based on team availability and skillset distribution.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve gaps in data, delays or scheduling conflicts, ensuring smooth operations and transparency in project workflows.
  • Maintain tracking sheets used for capacity management.
Problem Solving
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot scheduling issues, adjusting schedules and workflows to accommodate unforeseen changes.
