Job Title: Container MnR Executive

As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee container inspections and repair in Davao and General Santos. This role involves managing EORs in line with MSC global standards, coordinating urgent reefer repairs, conducting depot visits, and supporting logistics and intermodal initiatives.

  • Visit assigned depots on regular basis in both Davao and Gensan area.
  • Approve or reject EORs as per MSC Global standards.
  • Provide technical expertise and lead as SME for all MSC containers requirements and standards.
  • Be the main point of contact for malfunctioned reefer coordination which requires immediate attention and repair.
  • Conduct random and planned site visits and submit reports.
  • Conduct process reviews with key and strategic suppliers in assigned areas.
  • Provide logistics updates and market situation.
  • Support Logistics/Intermodal initiatives for Mindanao area.
  • Support GVA initiatives such as data/programming uploading in all MSC Reefer Containers.
  • Support MSC's Ireefer Product presentation and expertise.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional savings projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare and process cost recovery billing and reports for all reported damage containers.
  • Assist Import Team for cargo surveys related to claims.
Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years experience as Container MnR approver.
  • Work experience in a Depot or Shipping Company.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge using Microsoft System such as Excel and Power Point.
  • Willingness to work 2-3 times a day in depot locations.
  • Strong communication skills in English in both written and verbal.
  • Problem solver and analytical skills.
  • IICL Certificate is a plus.
