Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys taking ownership of workflows and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and convert existing open files into structured projects with clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines
  • Build and maintain internal documentation for project status reviews
  • Create and manage external-facing status updates for clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive updates on a consistent schedule
  • Ensure smooth coordination across all active matters and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Recent experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar platforms)
  • Proven background in project management, office administration, or operations
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic
  • No prior law office experience required
