Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In-charge of daily construction activities of the project assigned;
  • Prepares Two (2) Weeks Look-Ahead Schedule in coordination with Office Engineers to be discussed with Cluster Head.
  • Prepares materials, equipment and other resources requests in connection with the Two (2) Weeks Look-Ahead Schedule in coordination with Office Engineers to be discussed with Cluster Head.
  • Reviews, inspects and evaluates jointly Subcon's accomplishment as contained in Subcon's billing in coordination with Office Engineers.
  • Conducts daily project site inspections.
  • Monitors potential Variation Orders of the project and prepares related supporting documents in coordination with Office Engineers.
  • Attends and reports during regular weekly meeting with Construction Team.
  • Ensures proper filing of pertinent documents.
  • Submits required reports on time and ensures they are accurate.
  • Maintains confidential information by adhering to legal and ethical standards
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Adheres to all safety and Company rules and regulations.
  • Performs other functions that maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Specifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • With at least 5 years related work experience in the field
  • Knowledgeable in all engineering software
  • Excellent leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
