The Role: Scheduler

As a Home Care Scheduler, you'll work closely with our operations team to manage caregiver schedules, communicate changes, and provide administrative support. You'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, working with a talented team that values collaboration and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain up-to-date caregiver schedules
  • Respond quickly to scheduling changes and updates
  • Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients
  • Update records and case notes in WellSky (training provided)
  • Work collaboratively with the ops team to ensure smooth staffing
  • Conduct regular check-ins and evaluations with caregivers

Requirements:

  • Experience in scheduling or a related field
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
