Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a remote job that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, monitoring and adding potential leads to CRM software, creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

They will also manage business social media accounts, check invoices via Stripe, measure project performance to identify areas for improvement, utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.

Additionally, they will conduct research to enhance project outcomes and perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as a project manager, project management generalist, or in a relevant role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Exceptional time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working on a graveyard shift.
  • Familiarity with current technologies such as Zoho One Project Management Tool, Zoho Projects, Zoho CRM, Zoho Vault, Stripe, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with Shopify, GSuite, and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
