About the Role:

This is a nationwide project that requires frequent travel to various project sites across the country.

The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging transportation, accommodations, and other logistical aspects of travel, while ensuring compliance with DoD regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate flights, hotels, and rental cars for team members, ensuring cost-effective options.
  • Logistics Management: Manage inventory of equipment and supplies, arrange shipments, and track delivery status.
  • Visa and Clearance: Assist with visa applications, foreign clearances, and travel authorizations.
  • Travel Documentation: Maintain accurate records of travel itineraries, receipts, and expense reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Business, or Administration.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing international travel and logistics.
  • Skillset: Strong knowledge of international travel procedures, visa processes, and DoD travel rules.
