What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main contact for travel and event requirements.
  • Plan and organize corporate travel, conferences, incentive trips, and team-building events.
  • Provide expert guidance on destinations, transportation, accommodations, and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, event services) to secure the best deals and ensure quality service.
  • Handle bookings, reservations, and travel documentation with accuracy.
  • Resolve travel-related concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting travel packages and company services.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operations, or corporate events.
  • Strong knowledge of both domestic and international destinations.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and client service skills.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Up-to-date with the latest travel and tourism trends.
