
Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to fill the role of Business Development Specialist. This position will provide an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct lead generation activities through email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Schedule and attend sales consultation calls with potential clients to discuss their business needs and develop strategic partnerships
- Take detailed notes during calls, manage follow-ups, and assist in maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and marketing materials to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support ongoing campaigns and promotions to drive business growth
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Help maintain a database of leads, contacts, and prospects to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (internships included)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital outreach tools
- Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn
