BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Full-time | Onsite

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City

About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and organizations. If you're passionate about premium lifestyle and sports products and have a talent for building strategic partnerships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and high-value accounts
  • Conduct in-depth client needs analysis to provide customized product and service solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts; negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close deals
  • Generate new leads through networking events, referrals, partnerships, and inbound inquiries
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Represent the company in client meetings and relevant industry events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate sales (preferably in premium lifestyle, sportswear, or eyewear industries)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and events
  • Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
  • Immediate joiners are a plus
