Project Manager – Web Operations

This role will serve as the primary project manager for cross-functional initiatives across the organization. You'll facilitate fast, focused delivery in agile environments and drive alignment and execution in more traditional operational tracks.

Responsibilities
  • Run daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for web engineering teams
  • Own backlog grooming and sprint tracking in ClickUp
  • Monitor sprint velocity and timelines, and identify and resolve blockers in real time
  • Serve as the liaison between product, engineering, and design to ensure clarity and cohesion
  • Foster continuous improvement by refining agile processes and team rituals
  • Help coordinate high-priority projects for marketing, customer experience, and operations
  • Work with department leads to scope projects, set timelines, assign responsibilities, and define success metrics
  • Ensure visibility and accountability across all project stakeholders using ClickUp for planning and Slack for coordination
  • Flag risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive consistent follow-through across teams
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Track record of managing both technical and non-technical projects in fast-paced settings
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep familiarity with ClickUp and Slack as daily operating tools
