Key Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee projects at our customer experience centers. This individual will be the primary liaison between internal teams, senior executive level partners and external clients and vendors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Master Project Documentation: Build, manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with internal teams, senior executive level partners and external clients and vendors to communicate program requirements and status.
  • Project Deployment: Support the deployment, promotion and achievement of departmental and corporate strategy, business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in a project management role leading the deployment of medium to large scale global projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Asana and Excel.

Travel Requirements: 25% - Must have or be able to obtain a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally.
