As a senior software development manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and guiding the technical direction of a high-performing team. You will oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, advanced technical expertise, and effective communication abilities. They will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to plan and develop innovative software solutions.

  • Lead and manage software engineering teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Collaborate with scrum masters, project managers, and engineers to plan and execute web-based and desktop applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight in all aspects of software development processes.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing ones.
  • Ensure timely delivery of software projects while maintaining high quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, including 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Extensive experience in programming languages such as Java, C++, C# dot Net, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented design, functional programming, and scripting to solve problems.
  • Solid experience as a full-stack developer capable of working at both backend and frontend levels.
  • Familiarity with modern software architectures, deployment methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems and entity relationship modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving and detail orientation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
