Key Responsibilities
  • Build and sustain strong, long-term partnerships with both new and existing merchants.
  • Co-develop and implement marketing initiatives that align with client goals and current market trends.
  • Liaise closely with internal departments (Risk, Product, Support, Customer Care) to ensure seamless execution and continuous service improvement.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to grow key accounts and contribute fresh, data-driven ideas to boost performance.
  • Advocate for and encourage the use of omnichannel solutions to enhance merchant visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor client performance metrics, evaluate trends, and deliver insights and reports that guide strategic decisions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in client meetings and presentations, both online and in person.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in relationship or account management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or brand environments.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Clear, confident communicator with experience in conducting client-facing presentations both virtually and in-person.
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
