Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a vital role in building trust with every customer interaction.


Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customers via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner. This may involve handling inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.


You will also be responsible for utilizing Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support. It is essential that you stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.


To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills. At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias is required. You should be comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
