UI Designer Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior UI Designer to craft engaging, intuitive, and delightful online experiences for millions of users worldwide.

This mission-critical role will focus on elevating our brand by refining user interfaces, driving continuous growth of our design system, and ensuring seamless communication between designers and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain up-to-date Design System libraries, incorporating the latest components, tokens, UX and UI patterns, and meticulous documentation.
  • Create detailed technical specifications that translate design into actionable plans, facilitating a smooth transition between design and development teams.
  • Promote UI excellence by refining user interfaces, aligning them with the highest standards of user experience.
  • Elevate our design game by continuously improving existing designs to achieve peak usability and visual appeal.
  • Grow our design system by expanding it to meet new design needs and challenges, tailoring it to emerging trends and technologies.
  • Map out user journeys through wireframes, site maps, and user flows, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
  • Bring designs to life with interactive prototypes, validating design concepts and refining user flows based on real feedback.
Required Skills:
  • Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing your best UI design work and successful projects is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools, is crucial.
  • Design Systems: Familiarity with design systems and the ability to enhance them are must-haves.
  • Prototyping: Expertise in creating interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Marvel, or Figma is vital.
  • Documentation: Excellent documentation skills, including wireframing, site mapping, and user flow planning, are necessary for clear communication.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with developers and product managers are essential.
  • Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for detail and a passion for crafting flawless design solutions are critical.
  • Additional Skills: Strong motion animation skills and proficiency in creating engaging illustrations and icons are highly desirable.
