Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our global network. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in growing our partnerships with recruitment agencies and driving student enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of global recruitment agencies by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Source and sign new partners in strategic international markets to drive student enrollment growth.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive applications and conversions, leveraging data-informed decision making.
  • Represent the company at industry events and key markets to establish relationships and promote our services.
  • Monitor agency performance and optimize conversion rates using Zoho CRM to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to hit sales targets and meet KPIs by providing regular updates and insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or international recruitment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho) and data-informed decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts through effective relationship building.
