As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth across our marketing function and serving as an inside sales representative.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for patients interested in enrolling in our program.
  • Handle inquiries, questions, and feedback from consumers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Convert patients into program participants through effective enrollment strategies.
  • Navigate complex financial and subscription plan conversations to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Develop and implement scalable patient enrollment processes that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure seamless insurance enrollment and credentialing processes.
  • Provide non-clinical support and answer patient inquiries efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of B2C inside sales experience with a proven track record of scaling processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
  • Excellent communication skills and high level of collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.
