Core Responsibilities:
  • Identify key contacts at colleges, universities, and trade schools for outreach initiatives.
  • Promote flexible income options as a solution for students seeking part-time work or entrepreneurial growth.
  • Arrange and conduct virtual or in-person presentations, info sessions, and follow-ups to build relationships and drive referrals.
  • Maintain a pipeline of educational institutions and contacts through targeted engagement strategies.
  • Distribute promotional materials (flyers, digital brochures, campus boards) to effectively communicate the opportunity.
  • Provide regular progress reports and feedback to the outreach manager or director.
  • Collaborate with marketing and driver onboarding teams to ensure seamless referral processes.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence when engaging professionals and students.
  • Experience in outreach, recruiting, sales, or community engagement is preferred.
  • A self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and ability to manage targets independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and using basic CRM or tracking tools.
