Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach live classes: Conduct synchronous lessons during regular school hours (minimum 4 hours).
  • Grade student work: Evaluate assignments and monitor progress.
  • Provide feedback: Offer constructive feedback to support student growth.
  • Represent the organization: Positively embody our mission and values in all interactions.

As a Virtual English Teacher, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere and at times that suit your schedule. You will also have access to a range of virtual tools and resources to help you succeed in your role.

Requirements:
  • Active state-issued English teaching certification
  • A Social Security number
  • Proficiency with virtual teaching tools and resources
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One or more years of teaching experience
About the Role:

This is a part-time role that offers flexible scheduling to fit your needs. You will be working as an independent contractor, and you will be responsible for your own benefits and expenses.

This role requires a laptop or desktop with Windows 10/11 or Mac iOS 10.14+, two monitors, and reliable internet (50 Mbps+). You will need to have a quiet and private workspace with minimal distractions.
