Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Consultant to lead our student recruitment, partnership development, and brand growth. The ideal candidate will develop marketing strategies, drive student enrollments, and build lasting relationships with international education institutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Sales & Student Recruitment
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and enroll international students.
- Respond to student inquiries and provide counselling on school/program options.
- Guide students through the application, admission, and visa processes.
- Meet or exceed monthly student intake and conversion targets.
Marketing & Promotion
- Organize and participate in education fairs, webinars, and school visits.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional videos.
Partnerships & Networking
- Identify and approach international schools and institutions for collaboration.
- Build and maintain relationships with school partners, embassies, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals and participate in partnership meetings.
- Ensure compliance with partner institutions' recruitment standards.
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Research target markets, student trends, and competitor activities.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on performance and KPIs.
- Provide strategic input for new markets, services, or campaigns.
Qualification and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Student Pathway services for Australia, Canada and other countries.
- 2+ years of experience in education sales, marketing, or consultancy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiar with student visa processes and international education systems (especially Australia).
- Knowledge of CRICOS and ESOS Act (Australia).
- Multilingual ability (preferred, especially in major source country languages).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital advertising platforms.
