Virtual Support Assistant for Customer Engagement

This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual to handle customer inquiries, lead outreach, general administration, and basic bookkeeping. In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer support, engaging with potential leads, and performing essential administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Inquiries
  • Customer Support via Live Chat & Instant Messenger
  • Order Processing
  • Billing and Technical Support
  • Lead follow-up and appointment setting
  • Understanding conversion reporting and strategies

Additional Tasks:

  • Database Management
  • Document storage and organisation
  • Email Management (filter emails and manage spam)
  • Calendar Management (set appointments and manage calendar)
  • Answering customer service emails and chat support
  • Making meeting and event arrangements
  • Organizing and filing documents
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Creating and updating reports
  • Sending client invoices and reminders
  • Payment follow-ups and assistance
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Backend admin experience (invoicing, payments, student management) with 4-6 hours daily, 5 days a week
  • Sales admin experience (lead follow-up, appointment setting)
  • Flexible work schedule to cover extended availability
  • Ability to handle increased lead volume (up to 30/day)
  • 1-2 years of experience and proficiency in Google Suite
  • 1-2 week training period needed for new hires to learn processes
Technical Requirements:

Internet Speed: Download: Minimum 50MBPS, Upload: Minimum 20MBPS (will be checked live during your Zoom interview)

Computer Specs: 16GB RAM computer (Windows OS or M1/M2 Mac).

Back up internet (a MUST): Fast internet and Mobile Data (Personal Hotspot)
