We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to help manage the scheduling and coordination of EV charging station installations. You will serve as the key contact for customers throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. This role involves working closely with customers, field technicians, and internal teams to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service
You will act as the primary contact for customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. You'll provide regular updates on project progress and ensure a positive customer experience through proactive communication. After installation, you will follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction.

Scheduling and Coordination
In this role, you will manage appointment bookings and coordinate schedules with technicians and contractors. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate project timelines and resolving any scheduling conflicts or delays. Communication with customers regarding changes is also a key part of the role.

Project Oversight
You will monitor the full lifecycle of each installation, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. You'll make sure all permits and paperwork are completed and track progress to address any issues as they arise.

Documentation and Reporting
You will keep thorough records of customer communications, schedules, and project updates. You'll also prepare regular reports on installation status and customer satisfaction, and assist with invoicing and post-project documentation.

Team Collaboration
You will work closely with sales, technical, and project management teams to ensure alignment on goals. You'll share customer insights, participate in team meetings, and contribute to process improvement discussions.

Qualifications

Education
A college diploma or equivalent in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

Experience
You should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or administrative support. Experience in the EV, construction, or field service industries is preferred. Familiarity with CRM and scheduling platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceTitan is highly valued.

Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks at once. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. A proactive, problem-solving mindset is a must.
