Job Title: Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist

The specialist is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate data entry within multiple eCommerce platforms.

This role requires expertise in handling inquiries, resolving order issues, updating inventory, and ensuring seamless operations across various platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order issues via chat, email, and phone.
  • Enter, update, and verify orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Maintain stock accuracy and update inventory levels to synchronize data across platforms.
  • Process return requests, coordinate replacements, and handle refund transactions efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate entry of order details, customer information, and financial transactions into Walmart Seller Account.
  • Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track account performance, report discrepancies, and optimize workflows.
  • Assist with operations on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other eCommerce platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce order processing or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills with experience in chat, email, and phone support.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and order tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets for tracking sales and reports.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Problem-solving mindset to handle complaints and order discrepancies.
