Job Overview

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to make a meaningful impact in order management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire order process, from initial quote building to final billing.

The Order Manager will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order processing. They will develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end order management process, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage subscription orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate billing
  • Monitor transactions to guarantee consistent integrity in revenue reporting
  • Anticipate potential issues and implement proactive solutions to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to optimize order fulfillment accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and execute on process improvements
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for order management policies and procedures
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes (bookings, billings, and reporting)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a dynamic environment with attention to detail
  • Team player with effective communication skills, able to work collaboratively with all levels of order management and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Zuora and Salesforce is highly desirable
