Order Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Order Management Professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing order processing activities, including software and hardware fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quote building and timely order processing.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, focusing on order management to billing.
- Manage subscription order fulfillment utilizing industry-standard tools, including activation and billing.
- Ensure accuracy of transactions to maintain consistent revenue reporting integrity.
- Anticipate and resolve issues to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes (bookings, billings, and reporting).
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication skills with all levels of order management and cross-functional teams.
