About This Role- We're seeking a talented CRM professional to develop and execute retention strategies that drive player engagement and reduce churn.
- You'll define key metrics and build tailored plans across player segments, ensuring personalized communications and offers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling campaign assets and optimize performance.
- Analyze player behavior and campaign results to inform data-driven decisions.
- Develop structured campaign roadmaps for product launch and growth phases, aligning with business goals.
- Plan, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns via email, push notifications, SMS, and in-game messages.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as LTV, retention, engagement, and churn, using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Work closely with analytics and support teams to ensure CRM efforts are aligned with business objectives.
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the Casino, Sportsbook, or Sweepstakes industry.
- Proven ability to plan and execute lifecycle campaigns that increase player engagement and retention.
- Proficient in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiar with A/B testing, segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
