Job Title:

Customer Success Manager

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong working relationship with the Sales Team by providing them timely and accurate administrative support.

This includes resolving product or service problems, attending meetings, recording meeting notes, creating and maintaining records in CRM/ERP systems, and assisting in project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and professional support to the Sales Team and wider business.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints.
  • Attend meetings, record meeting notes and document key takeaways.
  • Create and maintain records in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Develop and prepare correspondence, documents and reports.
  • Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and monitoring progress.
About You:
  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional project management and time management skills.
  • Demonstrates high technical competency and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
