Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality white-labeled CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and maintain CRM accounts using specialized software.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns, automation workflows, SMS/email communications, and sales pipelines.
  • Assist in client onboarding processes for CRM platforms.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Monitor progress on ongoing CRM projects and automate workflow efficiency.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables for client CRM setups.

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will conduct research on CRM features or competitor platforms when necessary, serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries about their CRM system, and provide timely updates or escalate concerns. Furthermore, you will prepare comprehensive walkthroughs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), or short training videos for clients, manage email inboxes and calendars related to CRM or onboarding activities, organize CRM assets (templates, campaigns, workflows), and create detailed reports or summaries of account performance or engagement.
