Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining administrative operations, managing web/CRM functionality, and supporting day-to-day operational tasks.

Key responsibilities include building and customizing WordPress forms and layouts, customizing and managing Salesforce CRM workflows and dashboards, assisting in client follow-ups, email communications, and scheduling meetings, generating and managing invoices, receipts, and basic bookkeeping entries, coordinating between departments for task updates and completion, identifying and suggesting automation opportunities using tools like Make.com or Zapier, and maintaining data accuracy across systems and support data migration projects.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in WordPress website management and customization, advanced knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms), familiarity with Make.com or Zapier, at least 2 years' experience in executive or virtual assistance, excellent communication skills—both written and verbal, strong time management and ability to work independently, ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion, and comfortable collaborating during UK time zone hours.
