Job Summary

  • This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective CRM strategies.
Description

  • Developing automated workflows and targeted campaigns in close collaboration with the CRM & Automation team.

  • Maintaining high-quality data while leveraging analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Providing regular campaign and monthly reporting to stakeholders.

  • Ongoing optimization of the CRM platform to enhance efficiency, user adoption, and support business objectives.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in HubSpot CRM administration.

  • Proficiency in custom code, integrations, and CRM customization (workflows, dashboards, reporting).

  • Familiarity with Teams, Outlook, Maxio, and Snowflake.

  • Able to lead projects, identify process improvements, and drive CRM initiatives.

  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and data management skills.
