Key Responsibilities:
  • TA Administration:
    • Develop efficient processes, workflows, and documentation for Talent Acquisition operations.
    • Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other related technologies.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our systems.
    • Oversee vendor relationships for job boards and background check providers.
    • Coordinate recruitment events and activities.
  • TA Optimization:
    • Deliver training and resources on interviewing best practices, candidate assessment, and recruitment processes.
    • Create interview guides, scorecards, and relevant tools.
    • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and share knowledge with the team.
    • Leverage AI-driven insights for talent intelligence and predictive analytics.
  • Budget Management:
    • Track and report recruitment expenses.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Marketing & Branding:
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives that attract top talent.
