Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist

A key member of our team is sought to lead and scale our talent acquisition strategy, attracting top legal and administrative talent that will drive our ambitious growth.

This role is crucial for driving our expansion and shaping the future of Michael & Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the recruiting team, developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies, and overseeing inbound and outbound recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for both legal and administrative roles.
  • Lead and manage the recruiting team, ensuring alignment with the firm's hiring goals.
  • Implement and optimize recruitment systems, workflows, and technologies to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain and enhance the rigor of our hiring process, ensuring a consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing recruiting teams, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. They will also possess proven experience with both inbound recruiting and outbound sourcing, as well as strong oral communication skills in English.
