Talent Acquisition Strategist

This role is responsible for driving client hiring success by leveraging recruiting systems, workflows, and data accuracy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing expertise in recruiting tools, systems, and best practices to provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
  • Maintaining clean, accurate, and up-to-date hiring data across systems to ensure reporting precision and compliance.
  • Leading the optimization of our ATS Greenhouse, improving workflows, permissions, approvals, and reporting capabilities.
  • Driving projects that strengthen recruiting operations, data infrastructure, and analytics.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in requisitions, interview plans, job descriptions, and offer details.
  • Partnering with Finance and People teams to streamline processes and enhance collaboration through smart system use.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting operations or talent acquisition within a fast-growing organization.
  • Proven expertise with Greenhouse ATS at a Site Admin level including user management, approvals, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting pipelines, funnels, and conversion metrics.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gsuite) and other TA tech tools.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
  • A data-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate insights into action.
