About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Expert to join our Air Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention in collaboration with Key Account Managers, Operational Care Centers, Revenue Care Centers, and Finance.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and strengthen operational relations with customer contacts through daily interactions, regular care visits, and proactive advice, consultation, and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Qualify customer inquiries and provide quotations within the expected service level.
  3. Support customer onboarding aligned with business unit working instructions and ensure that the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is agreed upon.
  4. Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Care Center (RCC) to ensure that credit limits remain aligned based on daily business development and support coordinated measures in case of challenges.
