About the Role

The Executive and Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting senior executives and facilitating day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
  2. Assist in organizing high-level meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining meeting minutes.
  3. Handle phone calls, respond to messages, and provide information to executives.
Operational Tasks
  • Process administrative documentation, maintain records, and perform other tasks as needed.
  • Design and implement corporate governance frameworks, quality management systems, and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with appointed counsel on legal matters.
Logistics and Supplies
  • Manage inventory, procure supplies, and maintain stock levels.
  • Evaluate and apply for insurance contracts, business permits, and sanitary permits for Trion facilities.
