We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Dempsy Resource Management Inc. As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to company executives, ensuring efficient operations and excellent communication.
The successful candidate will possess:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing schedules for company executive(s), coordinating meetings, and preparing materials.
- Prepare presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes for executives.
- Handle phone calls, communicate messages, and provide information to executives.
- Process and maintain administrative documentation, including records and contracts.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Review and create legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with corporate legal counsel on legal matters.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and purchases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative roles.
Compensation: Competitive salary range of Php35,000 - Php45,000
