Process Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a Process Enhancement Specialist to drive process improvement initiatives, focusing on automation solutions and quality enhancements. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to achieve process re-engineering, reduce process gaps, and execute continuous improvement frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and measure efficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain process governance and framework.
  • Manage continuous improvement programs and implement methodologies consistently across the organization.
  • Partner with operations to align and prioritize initiatives and monitor their progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in process enhancement and improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with various levels of management.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and data gathering skills.
  • Proficiency in process flow design and optimization.
  • Project management skills from implementation to completion.
  • Effective stakeholder management and adaptable to change.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in as-is process discovery and to-be process modeling and analysis using structured methodologies.
  • Led multiple CI projects delivering tangible benefits.
  • Experience in consulting or shared services environments.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent.
