Job Description

The role of Manufacturing Process Specialist involves the successful execution of manufacturing processes and systems to optimize efficiency and productivity within clients' operations. This position will work closely with various departments to ensure that production goals are met, and that the transition to new systems is smooth and effective.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute the implementation of manufacturing systems and processes for new projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize manufacturing operations, leveraging insights to drive process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with production teams to train employees on new processes and systems, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including implementation plans, schedules, and status reports, facilitating communication and ensuring project alignment.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and assessments to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes, making adjustments as needed to meet evolving business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in manufacturing principles and practices.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing implementation or process improvement roles, showcasing your ability to drive change and achieve results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and manufacturing software/tools, enabling you to extract insights and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with teams at various levels and build strong relationships.
  • Project management experience is preferred, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize activities to meet deadlines.

Schedule

This full-time role requires a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with occasional overtime as needed to meet project deadlines. You will be expected to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet business objectives.
