  3. Draw upon product knowledge and interpersonal skills to troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems.
  4. Exhibit exceptional communication and etiquette skills when interacting with customers.
  5. Identify opportunities for enhancing product and customer experience based on customer feedback.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in a customer support or related role.
  2. Previous experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce or JIRA is an advantage.
