Main Job Duties:
- Offer expert support and assistance to customers via multiple contact channels.
- Effectively utilize ticketing systems to track and resolve customer issues.
- Draw upon product knowledge and interpersonal skills to troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and etiquette skills when interacting with customers.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing product and customer experience based on customer feedback.
Desirable Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support or related role.
- Previous experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce or JIRA is an advantage.
