Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using customer support tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk (preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Calm and solution-focused under pressure
