XtendOps is a dynamic company that requires a highly skilled Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. As the front line of support for clients and customers, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to handle any stressful situation appropriately. They will also have a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience from a related industry or at least a Subject Matter Expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints via multiple communication channels.
- Process orders and modifications, escalating complaints as necessary.
- Provide helpful information, answer questions, and respond to complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- All levels of relevant experience from a related industry or at least a Subject Matter Expert.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
