Job Title: Store Leadership Role

This leadership position is responsible for driving sales and profit growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and creating a positive work environment in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the store leader in operational activities, including planning, prioritization, and delegation of daily tasks.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring they are trained and empowered to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and productive work environment, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Perform various duties such as opening/closing procedures, transporting deposits, resolving customer complaints, and championing customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise cash handling procedures, operate equipment like forklifts and balers, and manage inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail leadership experience required.
  • Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to perform principle responsibilities of Team Members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
