Job Title: Private Wealth Team Head

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Private Wealth Team Head to lead our team of relationship managers and clients. This role is accountable for managing the overall performance of the team, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage and supervise a team of relationship managers to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent client service.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals, ensuring that their financial needs are met and exceeded.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to grow our wealth management business, identifying new opportunities and building on existing relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in leadership roles, preferably in wealth management or private banking.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment products, trust regulations, and financial markets.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client servicing skills.
  • Education: Preferably with a Master's degree or relevant certifications in finance, economics, or wealth management.
