Key Responsibilities
  • Travel Support: Engage with colleagues to address travel queries and issues, work with the wider business services team on company and industry event plans, hold travel vendors accountable for excellent service.
  • Invoice Management: Check invoices to ensure accurate charges and timely payments, credits, and refunds for travel.
  • Trend Monitoring: Monitor trends, spend, emissions, and compliance with company policy.
  • Ticket Tracking: Track unused tickets, credits, and airline points usage.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Responsibility and Accountability: Responsible and accountable for own actions and decisions.
  • Self-Awareness and Thoughtfulness: Self-aware and thoughtful in approach to work.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to four times a year for company events of up to two weeks duration.
