RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTED OUTCOMES
- Events Management -
Oversee and execute external and internal TrustBridge Global events—both in-person and virtual—aligning with the overarching Marketing plan, brand guidelines, and strategic pillars of TrustBridge Global. - Project Management Excellence -
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to juggle multiple events, projects, and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of execution. - Travel Readiness -
Be willing and able to travel domestically or internationally as required by event or project needs. - Measurement and Reporting -
Track, analyze, and report on event-specific KPIs and ROI. - Stakeholder Collaboration -
Collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners to design, implement, and improve event and project experiences.
JOB SUMMARY
- Webinar Coordination -
Plan, schedule, and manage webinar events. Coordinate with speakers, moderators, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery. Monitor post-webinar performance metrics and feedback - International and Local Conference Planning and Execution -
Organize conference logistics, including setting up booths and managing sponsorships. Create and track budgets for travel, swag items, and other conference-related costs. Coordinate on-site activities and represent the organization during events. Oversee implementation and use of conference app technologies for engagement and attendee management. - Event Management -
Maintain and update the annual event calendar. Plan and coordinate activities for international flagship events such as
Exkursion and Global Network Gatherings
, including budget management, vendor coordination, and event promotion. Manage deadlines, deliverables, and communication for all event-related projects. - Internal Event Management -
Plan and execute internal events in partnership with Human Resources and Admin, including meetings, team-building activities, and celebrations in collaboration with internal teams to align event objectives with organizational goals - Marketing and Communication -
Plan and execute email campaigns to promote events and ensure clear communication with stakeholders. Develop and manage event collateral, including digital and print materials. - High-End Client Hosting -
Manage the experience for high-profile business clients during events, ensuring professional and personalized interactions. Coordinate VIP schedules, accommodations, and special requests to provide exceptional service. - Stakeholder Engagement and Communication -
Liaise with sponsors, partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met. Provide regular updates to leadership on event progress and outcomes - Travel and On-Site Support -
Travel to event locations in the U.S., Europe, and Asia as needed to oversee event execution and resolve any on-site challenges.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality or related fields preferred
- Solid experience (minimum 5 years) as an Events or Project Manager, or a similar role
- International certifications in Project Management and/or Event Management
- Experience in a multinational corporation or international nonprofit preferred
- Experience in managing international corporate events preferred
- Knowledge of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing, B2B, and B2C marketing

- Proven experience in event marketing planning, coordination, and project management
- Experience in managing email campaigns and leveraging conference app technologies
- Proven ability to host and manage high-end business clients professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and budgeting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel domestically or internationally when required
- Creative problem solver and troubleshooter
- Must have a proactive attitude with the ability to organize, multitask and plan ahead
