Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster collaboration between international stakeholders to define common vision and business processes.
  • Evaluate changes, define user acceptance criteria, and develop test plans.
  • Maintain end-user documentation and learning materials.
  • Organize training sessions with key users.
Reporting and KPIs:
  • Determine reporting needs in the HR functional area.
  • Follow BI developer's dashboard development and validate KPI relevance.
  • Ensure data quality by providing necessary documentation, guidance, and monitoring.
  • Continuously improve reporting and KPIs based on stakeholder insights.

We prioritize information security and follow ISO 27001 standards.

This role requires compatible work hours (3 PM - 12 AM) due to EMEA timezone interactions. Some flexibility is allowed when working onsite.

A hybrid setup includes four days of office work every two weeks.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in management or engineering.
  • First-hand experience in information system management.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional European languages a plus.
  • Excellent oral communication skills: leading workshops, understanding requirements, giving trainings, and explaining complex topics simply.
  • Strong written communication skills: writing user requirements and user guides in English.
  • Good analytical skills: problem-solving, understanding how things work, affinity with IT and data management.
  • Creativity: thinking outside the box and suggesting improvements.
  • Proactivity and autonomy.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience with enterprise software (CRM, ERP, HRIS).
  • Knowledge of BPMN or UML modelling (flow diagrams, use cases).
  • Experience with design (wireframing, mock-ups).
  • Understanding of data modelling.
  • Agile methods expertise (backlog management, user stories).
